What is the typical group size?
Group size is tailored to the needs of each school, organisation or family group. It affects transport, accommodation, mentor ratios and pricing, so we recommend sharing the estimated number of participants, age mix and travel dates when you first contact us.
How far in advance should we plan?
We generally recommend starting 1–3 months in advance. School holidays and popular schools or venues are in high demand, so earlier confirmation is advisable. Final timing depends on resource availability and contract signing.
What is included in the fee?
Quotations clearly list inclusions such as programmes, accommodation, transport, meals, tickets, insurance, mentors and on-site delivery, as well as exclusions such as airfare, visas and personal expenses, so there are no hidden costs.
How is safety managed?
